Bogda & Associates consults with organizations in all sectors and focuses on long-term change initiatives; Dr. Lapid-Bogda's consulting projects typically last from three months to three years or more. Because Ginger Lapid-Bogda's organization development experience is broad-based rather than highly specialized, she is able to help her clients with a wide variety of their strategic consulting needs. Dr. Lapid-Bogda also works collaboratively with other more specialized consultants when needed.

Bogda & Associates uses the action research methodology -- clear contracting with clients, accurate organizational assessment, focused change activities, and timely follow-up -- combined with a systems-based organizational model, such as the one above.
